Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applicability

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products provided by Innovent Paytech via our website (https://innoventpaytech.com) or as otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel an order or service within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to any non-refundable fees specified in the agreement. To cancel, you must submit a written request (via email or our web form). Once cancellation is accepted, we will cease further work and refund any amounts due to you as per the refund terms below.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval. If partial work has already been completed, Innovent Paytech may deduct reasonable charges for the work performed up to the cancellation date. No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the customer.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

  • Any third-party costs or licenses (e.g., domain registration, hosting, software tools) already incurred are non-refundable.
  • Custom work commenced at your explicit instructions may not be fully refundable.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith. If the matter remains unresolved, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or legal proceedings under the applicable jurisdiction.
